Shepherds of God's Flock

God has given us the standard of those who are to serve as elders in the church of Jesus Christ. He must be called of God to this office and his qualifications should be apparent to all. None of us fits the standard perfectly, nevertheless we are able to conform in a great measure to Christ by His grace, so every elder must walk carefully with Christ.
