Leader's Meditation

'Meditation is to grace as bellows are to fire.'--Gurnall. Before his first battle in the Promised Land, Joshua is found contemplating the coming days, meditating on his God; this is when the Captain of the hosts of the LORD appears to him. Before battle, we, like Joshua, need assurance of God's presence, leading, and protection. Meditation on God's words and his promises will help bring these to us.
