For the Edification of the Saints

Yes, open-air preaching is a means of presenting the gospel to the lost, in the public square. But open-air preaching is not only evangelistic. It is also a means for edifying the saints--followers of Jesus Christ. After reading John 14:1-14 and preaching the gospel in the open-air at the North Hollywood Metro Station, from the text, Tony was approached by a young Christian man who was edified by the teaching. As the Lord would have it, the young man is presently engaged in the 'Fundamentals of the Faith' class at Tony's home church (Grace Community Church).
