Do You Know Whom You are With?

Mark 6:45-56 is one of the most well known stories in the Bible, even for those who do not claim the name of Christ. It is the story of Jesus walking on the water. This is a truly incredible story, but why is it here? Why does Mark tell us this story? How does it connect to the feeding of the 5,000? These are great questions and the answer to these questions is found as the Old Testament is brought into the picture.
