You will not hide from God

In Book of Hebrews 4:4–14 from the Bible, the message emphasizes that God's promised rest is available to those who respond in faith and obedience, but it also carries a sober warning: no one can escape God's awareness or judgment. Just as God rested after creation, believers are invited into His spiritual rest, yet many miss it through unbelief and hardened hearts. The passage highlights the power of God's word as living, active, and penetrating—able to discern the deepest thoughts and intentions of the heart. Ultimately, it reminds us that nothing in all creation is hidden from God; everything is exposed before Him, and we are accountable to Him. Therefore, rather than trying to hide, we are called to approach Him with reverence, honesty, and faith, trusting in His mercy while recognizing His complete authority over our lives.
