Morning in the Garden

"The day the music died" These lyrics were written after the deaths of 3 rock stars in the 60's. Grief after the news of a devastating loss looks different depending on the person grieving. The morning after that fateful Sabbath when Mary Magdalene came to the garden where they hastily laid Jesus' body was filled with unquenchable sorrow. She loved Jesus more than life itself, but now he was gone and she couldn't even find his body. But this was Sunday morning and there was and unexpected joy awaiting her.
