Why God Became Man - To Obey Perfectly

Idea: Jesus became man to obey God perfectly, therefore accept the free offer of the gospel and worship Jesus for His perfect righteousness.

1. The First Adam
   a. God required Adam to obey perfectly.
   b. Adam failed to obey.
   c. Adam’s sin moved the human race into state of rebellion.
   d. The Adam represented us in his sin and brought death to all mankind.

2. The Second Adam
   a. Jesus came to obey God perfectly.
