The Apostles Creed 8 Buried...The Third Day He Rose Again From The Dead

This is the 8th in the series from Stuart Latimer Sr on The Apostles Creed. The message today is Christ was buried and on the third day He rose again from the dead. The literal fact is that Christ was buried in a borrowed tomb to fulfill His promise to the world that He would do die, be buried and raise up body from the grave. He became he sin substitute for His people that they would be with Him throughout their days. These doctrines of scripture were recorded in the Old Testament Scriptures in Isaiah 53, Leviticus 16:22 and Psalm 103:12. The New Testament bears witness of Christ's death and resurrection in the Gospels, Acts, the Pauline Epistles, Hebrews and the writings of John and Peter.
