Means of Grace: Breaking Bread

In Matthew 16:18-19, Jesus promised to build His Church. And to do that, He gave His Church not only gifts, but means of grace. Those means of grace are listed here in Acts 2:42, and this sermon looks at the Lord's Supper. The Breaking of Bread is a sacrament. It is a covenantal meal. And the Lord Jesus Himself is spiritually present to feed and nourish His body, the Church. The Lord's Supper is a 'ladder' to help us up to heaven.
