Live to Share

Every believer is an ambassador of Jesus Christ. There is much that can be learned and applied from Paul's life as he travelled on his missionary journeys. In arriving at Athens in the second half of Acts 17 we glean the necessary individual preparations Paul needed to be ready to share the Gospel. These are the same preparations we need to make today. There are also barriers that must be overcome, no different than the ones Paul needed to overcome. It is amazing that in 2,000 years the worldview and philosophies of mankind have not changed. If we are to reach our sphere of influence for Christ the message must remain unaltered, and we are to actively seek opportunities in which to share this eternal life giving message. Acts 20:24 should become a prayer for each believer in this endeavor.
