The New Jerusalem in Zechariah

Did you know that Zechariah also speaks of the eternal punishment of the wicked, and the eternal blessing of the righteous? Echoing Jesus' words about the worm that does not die and the fire that is not quenched, Zechariah speaks of those whose bodies will rot while they are still standing on their feet. He also speaks of a completely renewed world where everything and everyone is consecrated to the Lord. This is a perfect conclusion, showing the outcome after the accomplishment of redemption through the Messiah.
