The Fruits of Reconciliation

Paul reminds the Colossians as to how they once walked. This is the same for us. We are born in sin and man knowingly suppresses the truth. There is no blessing apart from Christ. There is no partial reconciliation. As believers, we are justified before God the moment we are born again, Sanctification, however, is progressive. We also look at the meaning of the word "if" in this passage. We are encouraged to not look at anything or anyone but Christ for assurance. Those who don't know the Lord, are encouraged to flee to Him.
