1. The Third Commandment in the Church.

i. The Third Commandment lies behind all Church Discipline.
ii. The Breaking of the Third Commandment must not be tolerated in the Church.

2. The Third Commandment in the Nation.

i. God's Moral Law applies to all Nations.
ii. The First Table of the Law ought to be upheld and enforced by Civil Rulers.
