Lord Over All

Although Caesar ruled the Roman Empire in the first century, it is God who is sovereign over Caesar and over all things then and now. He has the dominion and power and will deliver his people ultimately from their sufferings not only to his eternal kingdom, but even now he will deliver us from our temporal sufferings, which he has ordained. He alone holds all power and dominion and glory.
