Be Armed With the Mindset of Obedience

The tendency in trying times is to revert back to old ways of handling troubles. To resort to those ways is often to respond with sinfulness in attitude and then action or conduct that is in retaliation. Such was not the attitude, action or manner of life of Jesus Christ especially as demonstrated by His suffering unjustly. He is to be the example to believers who like Christ are entrusting themselves to our Heavenly Father and likewise respond in obedience to His will during those times as is the manner of the new life. The new life of faith in Christ is lived in all realms of life and at all times of life so just continues regardless of the immediate circumstance. There are no compartments in the believer’s life where sin is tolerated, excused, or justified. God’s presence and provision extends to all the believer’s life and He is more than enough to guide, sustain, and protect as the Guardian of the soul of believers.
