Jerusalem, Jerusalem--Jesus here addresses a city instead of an individual, but in doing so He was addressing its individual inhabitants, and in fact, all the inhabitants of Israel.
1-Jerusalem rejected Jesus in spite of enormous privileges and overwhelming evidence.
2-Jerusalem rejected Jesus to her own great loss.
3-Jerusalem rejected Jesus to His deep and profound sorrow.
