Esau Is A Type Of Christ? You've got to be kidding me!
Series The Just Shall Live By Faith
June 1st and there's a new pile of deep snow on the mountains and hill tops above Anchorage. And it's real close to us because we meet at a church that's up on the hillside. As a side note, Alaska’s foothills are larger than anything most of you have ever seen. You’d call them mountains. And for those of you from Indiana; mountains are like an overpass, only taller.
On to pastor's sermon. He's talking about the lists he puts on the white board and never seems to get all the way through. Well… it would take several hundred rabbit trails to get through them, and then we could all join together singing Kill The Wabbit. If you’re under 40 you may have to look that one up on YouTube.
Pastor let us know about the wonderful visitors he had from the country of California while we were off for Memorial Day.
Then he reads a letter from Deborah who wants to come up and visit us. It's great to hear from you dear lady. Thanks for writing our pastor.
Also we're working on getting ready to put pastor on video. I think that means we're getting ready to get ready.
Okay... now we can get into the sermon. Pastor talks about how the Bible is written. It's so rich and full... so complicated. The typology in this Book is so ... well, everywhere.
Pastor is in Genesis and we're doing Jacob and Esau.
Did you know that whoever created the peanut wrote the Bible? Pastor will explain.
Okay... now connect Jacob with Moses and Joshua. There… now wasn’t that simple? No?
Well then there’s only one thing left to do. Pull out your note pad or your tablet, open your TextBook and press play. Thanks to all of you who listen and support this ministry.
