The Permanence of Love

In contrast to spiritual gifts and theological knowledge, which serve an important but temporary role in the Church, love will go on and on forever. And the partial, immature, reflected glimpse of Christ that we get through our gifts today will one day be swallowed up by the complete, mature, face-to-face reality of God with us.
