Recreation and the Glory of God

Recreation is here defined as such activity that cannot be characterised as worship, work or sleep.
All of life must be lived to the glory of God, 1 Cor 10:31.
1). Some recreations evidently sinful.
2). Some recreations legitimate at the proper time and in correct proportions.The legitimate time of legitimate recreation.
1). Not on the Sabbath Day - the rest is in order to worship.
2). Not in such quantity that it becomes idolatrous and disproportionate.
3). It is to be benefical.Competitiveness in recreation. Is competing with others consistent with God's glory?
Recreation and professionalism.
Q - Is something non-productive a legitimate full time employment?
Q - Can what is merely recreational be a full time employment for the outstandingly gifted?
