God Wants to Hear You Sing

Has anyone else noticed that the music is gone? Music used to make people happy and cheer tired, burdened, and discouraged hearts. The sound of music is gone, and what is now called music is nothing more than noise that speaks to the emotions of hatred, anger, rebellion, blasphemy, and profanity, as well as sexual immorality. Without a song in the heart, life is pretty much meaningless, and very bleak and sorrowful. The Lord is our song, and it is amazing what the power of a simple song, coming from a pure source, can do to make the devil flee, and peace and contentment fill the soul.
