WHEN THE WORLD WANTS YOUR WORSHIP.[Living in time but Born for Eternity.Revelation 13:16-17 (KJV)This passage reveals a future system where worldly power demands total allegiance, controlling not only belief but also daily survival—who can buy or sell. It shows that the world's system has always sought control over people's lives, pushing them toward dependence and conformity.
First, the world system always seeks control. From culture to government to economics, there is a constant pressure to shape our values, decisions, and ultimately our loyalty. This control is not just external—it aims for the heart.
Second, the beast system is really a worship system. What appears to be political or economic control is ultimately spiritual. The "mark" represents allegiance, showing that every person will be called to worship either God or something opposed to Him. There is no neutral ground.
Finally, you must choose Christ before the world chooses for you. The time to decide where you stand is now. If you do not intentionally follow Christ, the pressures of the world will gradually make that decision for you. True faith requires commitment before compromise becomes unavoidable.
The world may demand your worship, but only Christ is worthy—so choose Him now, while you still have the freedom to do so.
