Behold the Entry of the King

On day one of seven in the week that changed the world, Jesus put aside any concealment and presented himself to the nation as the rightful king, riding into Jerusalem on the colt of a donkey to the cries of 'Blessed be the king'.

In this 'Palm Sunday' Message we consider the three times Luke records Jesus speaking. We see that he is intentional in choosing to ride into Jerusalem, when every other time he was content to walk; we see him rebuke the Pharisees sternly when they urge him to rebuke his disciples; and we see him weep over the fate of the Jewish nation that did not know its time of visitation.
