Introduction to the Book of Acts

· We first investigate the author, and what sort of man was he. A man of reputation and competence, historically accurate, evangelically warm – a man who walked in Paul’s shadow, content to support the apostle without the fame and notoriety.
· We considered the dangers of studying a narrative text that covers apostolic events.
· We considered the wonderful benefits of seeing the early church in her original form.
