Christ and the Law

What is the relationship between Christ and the Old Testament? He tells us that he has come to fulfil the Law and the Prophets, not to abolish them. There is therefore a continuity with them. He corrects false ideas about Scripture and righteousness, and leads us to the Christian's high calling to love our neighbours. We are called to be what we are, even as we are saved by grace.
