Neglecting So Great a Salvation

Following the OT proofs that the apostle Paul laid out before the Jewish saints of the early churches that the Son of God incarnate is better than the angels a grave warning is given them. NT saints have the great privilege to have the words of the Son of God recorded in the Bible. But with privilege comes responsibility. We must not neglect the things that we have heard which come from Him. Paul asks a very soul-searching question: How shall we escape ...? As a child of God, if we disregard His word it is certain that we shall not escape that which His word said would be our portion for such willful transgression and disobedience? What does this mean to me?
