Who is Jesus? - The coming Redeemer

Jesus is revealed to us in the gospels by his names. No one single name can signify Jesus.

1. Jesus - Jehovah is salvation. Jesus our saviour.

2. Christ - The Greek form of the word Messiah - The anointed one.

3. LORD - The Greek word Kyrios - indicates absolute sovereignty.

4. Son of Man - Jesus' favourite description of Himself, sums up His complete being, both human and deity.

5. Son of God - Indicates the unigue relationship with the Father, co-equal, co-eternal, begotten not created.
