No Place of Repentance

In this passage of scripture the apostle continues to warn the believer about the dangers of sin and reminds them that this is a hard lesson that carnal hearts ignore and even changed hearts may forget or a season. Christian peace is never found apart from a submission to the will and purpose of God; we must never leave the pursuit of perfect holiness to be in harmony with our casual flesh or to be at peace with our evil fleshly neighbors.
