Called to Serve Christ

This inaugural message in a series commemorating the bicentennial of Bonar's birth, with subsequent messages once each quarter of the year, deals with the life of the famous Scottish pastor up until the time of his ordination at Kelso in 1837. One focus of this message is on the reality that while Bonar grew up in a godly home and was constantly under the sound of the Gospel, faithfully preached at Lady Glenorchy's Chapel in Edinburgh, he had to come to saving faith in Christ as an individual.
