Does Telling the Truth Make Me Your Enemy?

In verse 16 of our sermon passage (Galatians 4:1-20), the apostle Paul asks the question, does my telling you the truth make me your enemy? Many members of the Galatian church answered that question with a resounding yes. Those members share a close resemblance to many in the modern church and today they continue to oppose sharing God’s truth. Their opposition may come from a variety of reasons but it is ultimately actually a message of hate, toward God, toward their fellow man and disobedience to the last command Christ gave to us while in the flesh.
