No Sympathy, No Resentment

Jesus suffered physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Real suffering. Although He was totally sinless, Jesus was condemned to die an excruciating and humiliating death on the cross. This event easily snatches first place among the great injustices of all time. So what was His response? How would we respond to this situation? Last week we saw that Jesus made no defense. Today, we discover that Jesus asked for no sympathy and, even more astonishing, He held no resentment. Who could this be but the Son of God?
