Beginning Again

As true pioneers, Noah and his family set about the task of reestablishing human occupation in the world that had been remade by the Flood. The command of God was for them to lay aside their fears and to begin to repopulate the world. God would build into the animals the fear of contact with people, and He declared that He would set up the system that would defend the sanctity of human life. An important component of that system would be capital punishment.
