Timothy: New Companion and Circumcision Anew

As Paul's second missionary journey begins we see two themes surprisingly revisited: A New Companion and Circumcision Anew. Though Paul rejected young Mark, now he invites a young Timothy as a companion for the journey. And though Paul is carrying with him the decree against the burden of circumcision, now Paul will circumcise Timothy.
