God’s Oath is Certain

The writer of Hebrews having assured this Hebrew church that Abraham had obtained God's promise by way of oath, declares God will surely keep that promise. While man may not keep an oath because of deceit or powerlessness to keep it, God always keeps HIs oaths because He cannot lie but also because He's the only one who has the power to keep it.
