The Biblical Concept of Law - Law as Covenant

Understanding law as a Christian concept begins with the biblical concept of Torah. But Torah points to a second important relationship, namely that between law and covenant. This relationship is inherent, for Torah assumes various covenantal formulations in the Scripture. So the fundamental dimensions of Torah are present in God's covenants.
