Believer's Inheritance in the Holy City

The Church will be the key residents in the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, so the church as well as the city is referred to as the bride or wife of Christ. The realization of the fullness of God's salvation of sinners will begin as the saints enter into eternity. This city being the inheritance the saints of old longed for as well as having been promised to the Church.

Dwelling in the New Jerusalem will be – God, whose presence will include all members of the Trinity; angels, spirit beings who minister to believers; the Church saints in their glorified bodies; Old Testament saints in their glorified state; as well as the Tribulation saints also glorified. The glory of God will dwell among redeemed people in the new earth in a fuller manifestation of His glorious Person than ever before.
