Hebrews 1:5-14 - "Greater Than Angels"

Christ has inherited a name that no angel has ever enjoyed, "Son". He receives worship that no angel is worthy of receiving. He laid out the foundation of the world before the angels were created, and He will remain after the creation is wrapped up and transformed. Christ has taken the throne that no angel is worthy to sit on, and from there He is commanding all affairs in heaven and on earth. He is sending His angels across the creation to minister to the needs of His people. What need do you have that the risen and reigning and ruling Christ cannot answer? There is nothing you face, nothing you lack, nothing you need that is not found abundantly in Him who loves you and gave Himself for you. He reigns forever at the right hand of His Father, remaining the same. His years shall have no end. Christian, if you are united to the Son by faith, each and every one of these things is true of you.
