Is The Cat Dead Or Alive? And how does Schrodinger's Cat relate to the three Woe's?
Series The Book of Joel
In the pre-game show our pastor talks about our current administration’s recognition of Israel's capital.
We start the lecture with a gift and long letter from Sheri from Illinois who is now in Arizona colluding with Jennifer. If you remember, Sheri and her Mom actually came up to visit us. The letter is full of humor and sarcasm. We love it. Thanks Sheri.
In our current lecture series we are studying Joel 2 and Revelation 7 thru 11. Our method is to go over the material again and again, discovering more depth and meaning as we do. Which, BTW, is what the self-esteem church of today will never do. They’re not into learning who Jesus Christ is. They would prefer to make up who God is, instead of trying to find out who He really is. Why is this happening? Don't worry. Our pastor will fill you in.
And next we get back to the topic of Mythicism. But now our pastor gets deeper into the reference to Schrodinger's Cat. He did it in 1935 (no, not pastor. Schrodinger). It is a study on the Quantum Mechanics discussion of Superposition; which is obviously Revelation 9. If you want someone to blame for this, blame the good Doctor from Australia. Who? No, Who’s on first. Okay you can blame our pastor too, because he planned to do it to us anyway. "What says Christmas better than a dead cat?" (His words not mine) So we're going to see how this pastor connects the cat in the box with the 3 Woe's.
Needless to say, get out your drool buckets and pull up a chair. And if you are weird enough to enjoy this lecture, please write or call this pastor to encourage him and ask questions. We're weird too, and some of us actually like this stuff.
