Not That Again!

Abraham’s repeated sin of lying and betraying Sarah into the hands of a local ruler is instructive of our sin and God’s faithfulness. Sin’s power and consequences are on display in Abraham’s lack of faith and repeated sin. But God is always faithful to his people. Forgiveness remains even for Christians struggling with repeated sin, and God’s plans are never at risk of ruin because of the obstacles we try and place before him.
