Why We Can Trust God Part 38 - The Love of God

When we are overwhelmed with the difficulties of life, it often appears that He is not in control or His control is not taking things in a direction that we like or are comfortable living under. Since God intends that we walk by faith and not by sight we must know just Whom we are trusting in. Of primary importance is our understanding of His perfect character. Here we look at the wonderful and fathomless love of God. God is love just as He is light and Spirit. Love is what He is! His love comes out of Himself and does not have anything to do with our loveliness or attractiveness. Here we look at what God’s love has accomplished for us through Jesus Christ in His bringing us from a total inability to do any good works that please Him to a life of walking in good works that He has prepared for us from eternity past.
