Dark Providence and the Wicked
1. The objects of this paragraph are “wicked and ungodly men.”, not good men forced to be bad.
2. God acts toward them as a righteous Judge.
3. In the same fashion as the previous paragraph, Providence employs the ordained, freely chosen sins of men – yet for an entirely different purpose.
4. Providence employs and ordains these sins in varying degree
