1 Samuel-part 25 - The Death of Saul

Saul's death is tragic; Israel mourning is genuine. The Philistines falsely think that their false god is more powerful than the One true God they will be proven wrong. Saul will not be rescued – Saul will not repent – Saul's sin is costly to his entire family. Saul's fall was not sudden it took years – years for him to repent, to change, to seek God's face. Ezek 33:11 "Say to them, 'As I live!' declares the Lord God, 'I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways!
