What hinders you from baptism?

We have in this text a glorious example of God bringing His Word to His Elect at the appointed hour, and that person hearing the voice of God and seeking to lead a life in obedience to his Saviour.
Upon conversion, this eunuch sought immediately to be baptized, and so should every believer. If you are saved, have you submitted to Scriptural baptism? If not, why? What is hindering you?
