In the Eyes of the Lord

You may believe in God, but do you believe God? Does your life say so? That is the issue. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God. Noah was not saved by his righteousness. He was a sinner saved by grace. Left to himself, he would have perished like the rest. “Noah was a righteous man” not because he was perfect, but because he believed God. Like Abram after him, who “believed the Lord, and he counted it to him as righteousness” (Genesis 15:6), Noah believed God.
