He Who Supplies All Your Need

In Philippians 4:14–20 the Apostle Paul lifts our eyes from temporary provision to eternal reward. The Philippians shared in his distress, gave out of love for the gospel, and in doing so became participants in kingdom work that reaches beyond this life. Their gifts rose before God as a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice. This sermon calls believers to see every vocation, every offering, every act of obedience as worship shaped by the cross. God supplies every need according to His riches in glory, and therefore we labor not for earthly comfort but for everlasting fruit.
