Earthly Wisdom and the Ministry

You are called to submit to authority in the church and yet at all times you must judge the spirit of wisdom that governs the fellowship and the leadership and the instructors in the church. There are two starting points in ministry; two attitudes out of which we teach and preach and lead and direct. Two agendas that rule our concepts of success and failure in the church. One is the way of earthly wisdom and the other the way of wisdom that is from above. It is ours to measure our ministries and see which wisdom rules in the church.
