Two Wonderful, Wonder-filled Nights

This message was preached before our local fellowship participated in the Lord's Supper in December of 2013. After the church reads the scripture antiphonally Pastor addresses, first, the wonder of that night of "good news" when the birth of our Savior was announced - the wonders of fulfilled prophecy, providential timing, the virgin conception and birth, and the rapid spread of the "evangel". Then, secondly, Pastor considers the wonder of the night in which the Lord Jesus "was betrayed" - the wonders of a God Who desires fellowship with man, the Creator Who washes the feet of His creation, Omniscience bearing with folly, and Omnipotence bearing with men who argue which of them is "the greatest".
