Little-Faith

As they leave the Delectable Mountains -- the Shepherds give 3 warnings. Immediately -- Hopeful and Christian see the plight of 'Turn-Away' -- and learn the fearful lesson that there is a By-Way to Hell -- that close to the Celestial City.

This leads to a discussion of 'Little-Faith'. It is important to remember that Little-Faith is a true Christian -- but one who struggles with assurance of salvation, with peace and with joy.

Bunyan held to the truth of 'Perserverance of the Saints' and uses Little-Faith as an example that not all of God's soldiers are mighty warriors. Some go limping into the Kingdom of Heaven -- but all of God's true elect ones are preserved by God.
