Abraham believed God

Abraham believed Jehovah and Jehovah reckoned that faith to Abraham as righteousness. That's the way Moses described God's relationship with Abraham in Genesis 15. In this session, we look at what Paul wrote in Romans 4 about Abraham's justification outside of the Law (which Abraham never read because it came into existence nearly 500 years after his death), but by faith alone. We also look in detail as to why the Apostle Paul used the Greek word, logizomai, which means to reckon, throughout this section to explain Abraham's justification.
