Paul's words in these verses in Romans 10 yield four mayor properties of saving faith:
1-Savings faith wholeheartedly commits to Jesus as Savior (vv.4-8).
2-Saving faith openly confesses Jesus as Lord (vv.9-10).
3-Saving faith perseveres (v.11).
4-Saving faith is personal in nature (vv.11,13).
