The Model of Godliness
Series 1 Timothy
An integral part of the pastor's ministry of godliness to the flock is his model of godliness for the flock. So Paul here exhorts Timothy to be an example to believers.
A pastor must have a godly life to match his godly teaching. He cannot teach the Christian faith until he lives the Christian life.
